Welcome to GreyHaven Capital Group AI LLC. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our AI-powered automation and property management services. By accessing our platform, you agree to the following operational and technical standards.

1. Introduction

These Terms define the relationship between GreyHaven Capital Group AI LLC and the property management company utilizing our AI systems. We provide practical automation tools designed to enhance leasing responsiveness and operational efficiency.

2. Definitions

"Client" refers to the property management company utilizing our services. "Services" refers to our AI-powered leasing automation, voice reception, and maintenance triage systems. "System" refers to the integrated software and operational workflows provided by GreyHaven.

3. Supply of Services

We provide the Services through a secure, cloud-based platform. Our systems are designed to assist with communication and workflows but do not guarantee specific leasing outcomes, occupancy increases, or revenue performance.

4. Client Obligations

The Client agrees to provide accurate property portfolio information and operational workflows to ensure the AI systems function effectively. GreyHaven reserves the right to modify the system interface to improve efficiency and security.

5. Fees and Refunds

Fees are billed monthly and are based on the number of inquiries processed or the volume of maintenance requests triaged. Refunds are available only in cases of non-performance or if the Client terminates the agreement with 30 days notice.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Services, including software code and operational algorithms, remain the exclusive property of GreyHaven Capital Group AI LLC. The Client is granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the Services for internal property management operations.

7. Disclaimers

GreyHaven Capital Group AI LLC disclaims any liability for indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our AI systems. The Services are provided 'as is' and 'as available' without warranties of any kind.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Any disputes arising from the use of the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Sheridan County.
